Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering your child for Hitsquad Athletics 13U youth football program or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or register for our program.

2. Program Participation

2.1 Eligibility

Athletes must meet age requirements for the 13U division as determined by league rules. Parents/guardians must complete all required registration forms, waivers, and provide accurate medical information.

2.2 Registration and Fees

• Registration fee: $250 (full payment) or $50/week payment plan (5 weeks)
• Fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Hitsquad Athletics
• Payment plans that are not completed may result in removal from the roster
• Additional fees may apply for tournaments, travel, and equipment

2.3 Attendance and Commitment

Athletes are expected to attend all practices and games unless excused. Excessive unexcused absences may affect playing time and roster status. Communication with coaches regarding absences is required.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Athletes

• Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
• Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials
• Follow all team rules and league regulations
• Maintain academic eligibility requirements
• Refrain from use of profanity, violence, or unsportsmanlike conduct

3.2 Parents/Guardians

• Support your child and the team in a positive manner
• Respect coaching decisions regarding playing time and positions
• Communicate concerns through appropriate channels
• Refrain from confrontational behavior with coaches, officials, or other parents
• Ensure your child arrives on time and is picked up promptly

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Football is a contact sport with inherent risks of injury. By registering your child, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

• Sprains, strains, fractures, and other musculoskeletal injuries
• Concussions and other head injuries
• Heat-related illness
• Injuries from contact with other players, equipment, or playing surfaces

By completing registration, you release Hitsquad Athletics, its coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for injuries sustained during program activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Medical Authorization

By registering, you authorize Hitsquad Athletics coaches and staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached. You agree to provide accurate medical information and update it as needed. You are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

6. Photo and Video Release

Unless you opt out in writing, you grant Hitsquad Athletics permission to use photographs and videos of your child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. No compensation will be provided for such use.

7. Equipment and Uniforms

• Athletes are responsible for providing their own cleats and athletic gear
• Team uniforms and equipment provided by the program must be returned at season end
• Lost or damaged team equipment may result in replacement charges
• Proper protective equipment must be worn during all practices and games

8. Dismissal from Program

Hitsquad Athletics reserves the right to dismiss any athlete or family from the program for:

• Violation of the code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Providing false information during registration
• Behavior detrimental to the team
• Parental misconduct

Dismissal does not entitle the family to a refund of registration fees.

9. Communication

By registering, you consent to receive communications from Hitsquad Athletics via email, phone, and text message regarding team activities, schedules, and important updates. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

10. Modifications

Hitsquad Athletics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
